Weekends are not counted within this timeframe so if your order is delivered Friday then you have 48 hours excluding the weekend.

If this is out of the 48 hour window time or if you cannot access the form then do please send us an email to sales@gainsboroughgiftware.com with your order reference, item codes of the damages, the qty of the items damaged and images of this.
